Also during October order a pink Enell sports bra and receive a FREE (and very cool) pink waterbottle.  Enell donate money from the pink bra to FORCE an American charity dedicated to supporting sufferers of both hereditary breast and ovarian cancer

Selaine Saxby, founder of LessBounce, and their charity event, Pink Aerobics said “we think about bras and breasts all the time at LessBounce, but October is special as Breast Cancer Awareness Month for everyone to do a bit to help stop the spread of breast cancer, which is the number one cancer in the UK.  We suggest using this focus on the disease to start to check your breasts”

If in any doubt visit your doctor, but the changes to look for are:

-         a lump of thickening which is different to the rest of the breast tissue

-         continuous pain in one part of the breast or armpit

-         one breast becomes larger or lower

-         a nipple becomes inverted or changes shape or position

-         skin changes including puckering or dimpling

-         swelling under the armpit or around the collarbone

-         a rash on or around the nipple

-         discharge from one or both nipples

All parcels dispatched in October from LessBounce will contain these details so please pass them onto your friends.

In addition, LessBounce run a Sports Bra Amnesty, which also helps raise funds for Breast Cancer Campaign.  You send back an old sports bra and get £3 off your next order at LessBounce.com.   All old sports bras are sent to Breast Cancer Campaign, who receive £200 per tonne of textiles returned.  So you are doing your bit during Breast Cancer Awareness month, and saving some money at the same time!

Just pop your old sports bra back to LessBounce Sports Bra Amnesty, The Old Bank, High St, Netheravon, Salisbury SP4 9PQ with your name and address.
